About the role
- Integrations Lead managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and client business needs. Driving integration projects and leading development teams in a consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
- Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, including backend services and APIs, and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Assist in developing functional specification for developments
- Assist in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
- Create Integration Design Documents (IDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented
- Lead team of onshore or offshore developers and functional team members
Requirements
- At least 4 years hands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A (application to application), B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations preferably in SuccessFactors and SAP HR (Human Resources) domain
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules
- Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients
- Certification: at least one SAP or SuccessFactors certification (associate or professional) is preferred
- Fluency in French is required when applying to a Quebec based opportunity; outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
