About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives.
- Manage cross functional teams (marketing, trade, quality, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, legal, packaging, logistics, etc.) to launch new products as well as modify existing products as per the agreed launch date.
- Establish project scope, timelines and coordinate all activities associated with new product development and product change from inception through project completion.
- Lead Supply feasibility assessments for NPD/EPDs, coordinating activities with Marketing, Procurement and factories to determine sourcing options, preliminary COGs, CAPEX and project timelines.
- Proactively evaluate risks and have mitigation strategies to overcome the challenges, ensuring timely launches.
- Ensure COGS benchmarks are available based on other sourcing locations or similar products during early feasibility.
- Routinely update COGs/CAPEX assumptions as the project progresses through the innovation stage-gates.
- Ensure the necessary stakeholders have visibility of project timelines and drive key Supply milestones to ensure the project is delivered on-time.
- Support local single market NPDs/EPDs that are endorsed by the Global Category Team.
- Provide Supply input and act as supply representative in discussions relating to all projects under the assigned portfolio.
- Provide business-focused manufacturing support, analysis, and coordination for tactical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, logistics, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
