Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement projects at the site
- Collaborate with business leaders, key customers, suppliers and employees in the identification, prioritization, selection and execution of a portfolio of LEAN projects through the introduction and application of the DMAIC methodology to deliver business results
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization to become a strategic partner to assess their requirements and manage their expectations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP and Change Management credentials preferred
- Solid experience in project/program management, including managing large-scale projects/programs of significant complexity and value
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Lean Six Sigma practices and apply DMAIC for projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
