About the role

  • Project Manager delivering localized marketing campaigns and online launches for Deluxe, a global film, video, and entertainment services company. Coordinating clients, production teams, and multilingual assets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions
  • Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion with global teams and client stakeholders
  • Manage client deadlines and expectations with internal teams to meet tight turnarounds and SLAs
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on localization industry best practices
  • Confirm billing costs and totals with clients on a per-project basis
  • Process PO and billing details and update internal trackers
  • Maintain campaign, project and long-term trackers
  • Make independent decisions under pressure and escalate or seek guidance as necessary
  • Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies
  • Apply industry trends and best practices to develop creative solutions to complex issues
  • Drive clips, scripting and marketing teams to deliver on time
  • Plan, prepare and deliver large-scale online launches
  • Coordinate with global colleagues to ensure localized marketing assets are delivered on time

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in localization or marketing, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming industries
  • Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment and tracking for large projects
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal and external partners across different regions
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects/tasks effectively and prioritize competing demands while meeting tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience with marketing campaign management
  • Experience with social media management, campaign scheduling tools and back-end platform creator suites, including YouTube Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools and databases
  • Familiarity with entertainment localization focused on short form/marketing content
