About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the sourcing, screening and evaluation of new investment opportunities
- Assist in the execution of due diligence for prospective investments
- Contribute to company valuation and investment structuring analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
- Prepare presentations and investment memos for the Investment Committee
- Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking and ad hoc analysis
Requirements
- Currently in the second or third year of a Bachelor of Business Administration or a related program
- Previous internship experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking or consulting is considered an asset
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
- For all positions in Québec, proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory
- English is required due to regular interaction with colleagues and external partners outside Québec
