About the role
- Clinical Recruiter scaling therapist and psychologist hiring for Sailor Health’s senior mental-health platform. Owning sourcing, interviews, candidate experience, pipelines, and specialty recruitment launches.
Responsibilities
- Own clinician recruitment from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
- Attract and identify exceptional therapists and psychologists passionate about serving the senior population
- Provide a 5-star clinician experience throughout the hiring journey
- Manage inbound and outbound clinician recruitment pipelines in Ashby ATS
- Build new recruitment channels
- Launch clinical recruitment for new specialties, including creating job descriptions, researching compensation, and launching interview plans
- Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria with the co-founder and Provider Growth team
- Innovate on sourcing tools, clinical job sites, and recruitment systems
Requirements
- Deep empathy for therapists and strong relationship-building ability
- High EQ and IQ for evaluating clinical talent
- Enjoy interviewing and meeting new people, often more than 10 per day
- Human-centered approach to clinician experiences
- Experience or strong interest in end-to-end clinical recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offer acceptance
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive management of candidate data, communications, and follow-ups
- Familiarity with platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn
- Curious and data-minded, using conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious targets
- Must be based in Canada
- Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
