About the role

  • Senior Business Systems Analyst optimizing platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow for The Salvation Army. Collaborating with business and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Support platform delivery and integration
  • Ensure technology solutions drive measurable business and user outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions to align on solution outcomes
  • Partner with architects, developers, and integrators to support platform design and implementation
  • Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations
  • Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design
  • Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives; non-profit experience is an asset.
