Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM solutions
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Support platform delivery and integration
- Ensure technology solutions drive measurable business and user outcomes
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions to align on solution outcomes
- Partner with architects, developers, and integrators to support platform design and implementation
- Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design
- Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives; non-profit experience is an asset.
