Responsibilities
Perform data entry and verification for insurance applications
Make outbound phone calls and written communications (emails and letters) to applicants and financial institutions to obtain missing documents or information ("incomplete files")
Contact clients to schedule telephone underwriting interviews
Manage these interactions to provide accurate and helpful information while delivering high-quality customer service
Monitor, update, and produce reports related to data
Add additional requirements and follow up with clients, external partners, and other departments within banks or financial institutions
Conduct information research and ensure relevant data is transmitted to the appropriate stakeholders
Perform any other required administrative tasks
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in data entry and customer service required
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with clients in different regions
Post-secondary education is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Strong typing skills and good proficiency with computer tools (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to fluctuations in workload
Enthusiastic attitude and proactive mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
General knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
Previous experience in an office environment or in telephone-based work is an asset
