Responsibilities
Develop new clients and business opportunities
Develop and implement the sales strategic plan aligned with company objectives
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of account managers
Propose effective strategies for market diversification
Monitor the market and competitors strategically
Inform, promote, and act as an advisor to clients
Analyze client needs and negotiate contract terms
Participate in strategic budget development
Use the CRM and ensure it is kept up to date
Ensure client retention by building trusting relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or another related field
Established network of contacts in the industry
Experience acquiring new accounts
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken.
