About the role

  • Director of Sales for Engineering Services focused on developing new clients and market strategies. Collaborating globally to expand SOGECLAIR’s reach in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and implement the sales strategic plan aligned with company objectives
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of account managers
  • Propose effective strategies for market diversification
  • Monitor the market and competitors strategically
  • Inform, promote, and act as an advisor to clients
  • Analyze client needs and negotiate contract terms
  • Participate in strategic budget development
  • Use the CRM and ensure it is kept up to date
  • Ensure client retention by building trusting relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or another related field
  • Established network of contacts in the industry
  • Experience acquiring new accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken.
