About the role

Hearing Performance Developer at Sonova engaged in leading technical projects and developing hearing performance tests. Collaborating in a dynamic team environment to innovate hearing care solutions.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for assigned projects, reporting to manager regarding project progress and completion
Run product verification and judge the quality of the developed products in the area of hearing and audiological performance, feature functionalities and sensors performance
Provide test management services and generate verification documents for the submission of the products to the market
Support the development of test cases for new product functionalities and adapt existing test cases to new products variations
Maintain the Test-ware (test infrastructure, testing framework, test cases, tools, agents, etc.) to be up-to-date and ready to use
Review product specifications, design and analyze the tests needed during the development phase in collaboration with other developers, provide feedback on requirements to the development teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and support their development

Engineering degree in Electrical, Bio-medical, Computer fields or Physics
Experienced programming in Matlab, c# and mobile App
General understanding of acoustics, analog & digital electronics, test software development
Previous work experience in engineering/development position
