About the role
- Bilingual Campaign Specialist creating digital and print marketing communications for Sun Life Clients in Canada. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging plain language marketing copy, for both digital, mobile and print in both French and English
- Make light edits to templates in Word and InDesign to create a communication for specific Sun Life members, personalized in partnership with their employer
- Execute complex B2C-style communication campaigns, end-to-end (from content creation to deployment)
- Create digital and print tactics to achieve campaign objectives
- Work with Graphic Designers and Member Experience Consultants to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that reflect the desired strategy
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services or group retirement services industry
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to interact with colleagues
- Experience writing consumer-level marketing communications
- Proven project management skills to maintain scope, timelines and budget
- Experience influencing partners, setting expectations, and enforcing guidelines/business boundaries while maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, AEM, Wrike, Microsoft Sharepoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience/knowledge of email coding and automation (AEM & Adobe Campaign)
- A post-secondary education in Journalism, Marketing Communications or English
