Spécialiste recrutant et accompagnant des volontaires pour les études cliniques de Syneos Health à Québec. Gestion des dossiers, rendez-vous et communications avec les participants.

Responsibilities

Provide general information about the company
Create volunteer records
Advise new volunteers on the procedures for participating in a clinical trial
Explain the study process based on volunteer availability and inclusion and exclusion criteria
Schedule medical appointments and notify participants of cancellations
Verify and update volunteer records while maintaining confidentiality
Build engagement and retention among currently active volunteers
Contact volunteers already listed in the database
Perform other clinical tasks as needed
Carry out activities in accordance with company and division policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guides
Perform any other duties assigned by management

One to two years of relevant experience would be considered an asset
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
Experience in a customer service environment, call center, and/or telemarketing considered an asset
Experience in a regulated environment considered an asset
Bilingualism required, including the ability to understand various messages, communicate verbally on task-related topics, and write simple messages
