About the role

  • Bilingual contact center representative supporting TD banking customers with account inquiries and issue resolution. Delivering personalized service while recommending relevant financial products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist inbound customers with account inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues by recommending TD products or services
  • Deliver personalized, legendary customer service
  • Provide friendly support using knowledge of TD products, services and solutions
  • Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact
  • Ask questions and respond empathetically to customer concerns
  • Meet customer experience, advice, quality, compliance and productivity objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Navigate computer systems, applications and multiple screens while serving customers
  • Manage sensitive customer information in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Exceptional listening skills and curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns
  • Preference for experience in financial or service industries
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems, applications and multiple screens with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to balance performance across customer, quality, compliance and productivity metrics
  • Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets and other devices
  • Flexibility, resiliency and a positive attitude when responding to challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Integrity when managing sensitive customer information in alignment with regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets outside Quebec or requiring services in another language
