Responsibilities
- Conduct complex portfolio and transaction analysis for GI Journey team
- Accelerate profitable growth by identifying and unlocking opportunities
- Summarize and present analytical findings to business leaders
- Recommend operational improvements and strategies for customer acquisition
- Analyze customer profiles for high-value retention
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Must be fluent in English and French for Quebec support
