Responsibilities

Apply understanding of respective business knowledge and strategies to produce relevant and meaningful analysis
Develop analysis and proper visualization to illustrate business trends
Produce insights and recommend business actions to support business strategy
Work in partnership with various functional areas to provide analytics support
Represent functional area as an analytics and insights professional
Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics needs
Provide suggestions, ideas, and opportunities for business growth
Ensure data analysis reviewed for accuracy
Build business requirements and facilitate project execution

Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in General Insurance
Strong programming skills (SQL, Python, R)
Highly developed problem-solving and analysis skills
Uses innovation and creativity to improve work efficiency and results
Effective in managing multiple priorities with strong organization and time management skills
Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders
