Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across large programs
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and/or waterfall delivery environments
- Undergraduate degree required; degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
