About the role

  • Project Manager leading retirement and benefits software implementations and data migrations for TELUS Health. Coordinating cross-functional delivery, client reporting, risks, and AI-assisted project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and team activities under senior project leadership
  • Coordinate activities across Configuration, Data, QA, Product, and Development teams
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and status materials
  • Facilitate working sessions and project team meetings; document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; support mitigation planning and escalate items requiring senior attention
  • Prepare and support client-facing status updates, deliverable tracking, meeting materials, and follow-up communications
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and governance processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and project feedback
  • Apply Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts to support planning and execution
  • Use AI tools to improve project coordination, including meeting notes, action summaries, status inputs, and follow-up communications
  • Support AI-assisted delivery by maintaining project data, dependency inputs, RAID updates, and release readiness information
  • Contribute ideas to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end software implementation projects, data migrations, system conversions, formula development, and form customization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification validated by concrete project accomplishments, solid references, and evidence of managing complex projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in English
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project tools
  • Practical experience using generative AI, copilots, or automation tools for productivity, documentation, project tracking, and reporting
  • Availability to travel occasionally for client demos, project launches, and escalation management across the United States and Canada
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing tools is an asset
  • Previous experience with pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technology solutions is an asset
