Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code following software development best practices within allocated timelines
- Contribute to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and finding solutions to bugs
- Work in an agile setting with other developers, the Product Owner, and the Design team across various projects
- Review colleagues' code
- Provide feedback on peer work, project progress, and company processes to support continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership and mentor the team to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and ongoing skills development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in the majority of Thirdbridge's tech stack
- Autonomy, proactivity, and creativity
- A desire to create and develop high-quality software
- Tenacity and an initiative-driven mindset that supports continuous learning
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Team-oriented mentality that promotes mutual support, constructive communication, and collective success
