About the role

  • GTM Engineer owning AI-powered revenue systems for TLDR, the profitable tech newsletter network. Building HubSpot, attribution, data-integrity, automation, and agent workflows for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own TLDR’s GTM systems end-to-end, including HubSpot administration, attribution, quota updates, new-product launches, quarter-over-quarter transitions, and CSAT plumbing
  • Own data integrity by building pipelines correctly and keeping fields accurate and flowing downstream
  • Diagnose recurring problems and decide whether to quick-fix, automate, or re-architect solutions
  • Evaluate net-new systems, such as Sponsy alternatives, and recommend a path forward
  • Apply an AI-first lens to RevOps problems such as attribution
  • Partner with the Head of Applied AI on the broader AI × GTM operating model
  • Transition contractor-held GTM systems work to become the single accountable owner
  • Build dashboards for field completeness and pipeline health, with automated alerting
  • Ship automations and agent workflows with monitoring
  • Document fix-it procedures so system issues can be resolved without depending on the role holder

Requirements

  • 4–6 years owning GTM systems at a B2B SaaS or B2B tech company
  • Ideally experience in an early-stage Series B–C environment
  • Experience running GTM systems end-to-end as a single owner
  • HubSpot ownership beyond administration
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Consultant-style communication
  • Product mindset for solution design balanced with pragmatic urgency
  • Root-cause diagnosis paired with quick, clear proposals
  • Hands-on data-integrity ownership, including pipeline monitoring, field population, and accuracy
  • Fluency in AI-first GTM systems and applying AI to attribution problems
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations
  • SQL is a nice-to-have
  • Residence in the United States or Canada
