About the role

  • Product Manager building agentic internal platforms and workflows for TLDR, a global tech newsletter network. Owning AI product intake, roadmap, deployment, and adoption company-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Triage every incoming request by investigating the underlying problem, shaping it into a build-ready specification, and routing it
  • Redesign business processes into productized, agentic forms
  • Own the roadmap and lifecycle of internal surfaces such as team command centers
  • Communicate changes to teams that depend on internal products
  • Partner with auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling so specifications increasingly self-deploy
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Ops, which owns current process needs, while owning the agentic version
  • Increase the amount of company work running through agentic rather than manual processes
  • Accelerate requests from filing through launch and adoption
  • Become the primary intake point for function leaders and remove the Head of Applied AI from triage and specification writing

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a product manager
  • Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows
  • Shipped something real with LLMs or agents
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. (application asks whether authorized)
  • Nice to have: experience productizing internal processes
  • Nice to have: experience running high-volume multi-stakeholder intake
  • Nice to have: experience working close to GTM
  • Comfort with ambiguity and owning an entire problem
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and say no to senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • Judgment about what to automate, what should remain human, and where agents cannot yet be trusted
