About the role

  • Product Analyst analyzing product performance and user behavior within iGaming, fintech, and digital products to drive growth opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for data-driven insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance and user behavior across casino and sportsbook verticals to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on player journeys, game performance, bonuses, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to evaluate feature impact, A/B tests, and new releases.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel and propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Support segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks within the iGaming space.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic digital products.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
  • Experience working with event-based analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
  • Understanding of casino/sportsbook mechanics, player lifecycle, and monetization models is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fast learning ability and innovative mindset.
  • Experience in Python or statistical tools is a plus.
