About the role

  • National Engagement Advisor in Oncology working with Canadian Thought Leaders in Breast Cancer space. Leading engagement strategies and partnerships to enhance commercial objectives at Lilly in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support objectives in Oncology, specifically in the Breast Cancer space
  • Lead the commercial team’s effort in building a national thought leader engagement strategy
  • Build and maintain a strong network and rapport with leading and emerging Thought Leaders in Canada
  • Identify Thought Leaders for potential partnerships, collaborations and projects
  • Organize commercial presence at scientific meetings and conferences
  • Understand the process of account-based management and Value Based Interactions (VBI)
  • Develop knowledge of all brand resources available

Requirements

  • Experience in a field-based customer facing role required
  • Account Management experience in a pharmaceutical organization a plus
  • Experience in the Oncology space a definite asset
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate in matrix cross-functional organizations
  • Strong business acumen and results orientation
  • Strong ability to holistically penetrate structured and complex organizations
  • Superior ability to navigate and successfully implement complex projects
  • High level of creativity to translate customer insights into value-added programs
  • Outstandingly positive work attitude, open to change and enjoys new challenges
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred
  • Undergraduate/graduate Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
