Responsibilities
Support objectives in Oncology, specifically in the Breast Cancer space
Lead the commercial team’s effort in building a national thought leader engagement strategy
Build and maintain a strong network and rapport with leading and emerging Thought Leaders in Canada
Identify Thought Leaders for potential partnerships, collaborations and projects
Organize commercial presence at scientific meetings and conferences
Understand the process of account-based management and Value Based Interactions (VBI)
Develop knowledge of all brand resources available
Requirements
Experience in a field-based customer facing role required
Account Management experience in a pharmaceutical organization a plus
Experience in the Oncology space a definite asset
Ability to navigate and collaborate in matrix cross-functional organizations
Strong business acumen and results orientation
Strong ability to holistically penetrate structured and complex organizations
Superior ability to navigate and successfully implement complex projects
High level of creativity to translate customer insights into value-added programs
Outstandingly positive work attitude, open to change and enjoys new challenges
Bilingual (English and French) preferred
Undergraduate/graduate Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
