Responsibilities
Lead change management components from design through implementation and assessment for transformation initiatives
Build practices and capabilities that enable sustainable change beyond individual initiatives
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with user needs
Build organizational capability for meaningful stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle
Collaborate on redesigning University practices and processes and sustaining enduring change
Support leaders, project teams, and business areas in embedding new practices and sustaining intended outcomes
Oversee development and delivery of user training for sustained change
Support learning and capability-building strategies for immediate knowledge and long-term organizational capacity
Build enterprise change management capability through coaching, knowledge transfer, communities of practice, tools, resources, and guidance
Assess organizational change capacity, readiness, and saturation; recommend sequencing, prioritization, resourcing, and approaches
Develop mechanisms to measure and evaluate adoption, readiness, and sustainability to improve enterprise change practices
Requirements
Bachelor Degree and Certification(s) in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
5-10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management
Demonstrated expertise in building organizational change capability, including the development of change management frameworks, tools, standards, communities of practice, coaching approaches, and sustainable change practices
Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leaders and stakeholders through complex, enterprise-wide transformation and organizational change
Strong understanding of organizational readiness, change capacity, change saturation, adoption, sustainability, and benefits realization
Ability to translate change management theory and methodology into practical, scalable approaches that can be embedded within organizational practices and sustained over time
