About the role

  • Senior Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst in Global Liquidity & Payments for Wells Fargo. Leading complex transactions and client support in Treasury Management sales.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management sales team.
  • Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities as part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management Sales team.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Prepare complex client-focused customized sales proposals, reviews and cost benefit analysis.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Canadian and cross border treasury management processes to partners.
  • Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections and annual price reviews.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and trends monthly.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs based on their assessment of staff needs and business operations demands.
  • Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience,
  • or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Knowledge and experience of US and Canadian Treasury Management products and services
  • Experience working with international treasury/banking solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment
