About the role

Responsibilities
- Author and own comprehensive data architecture solutions for complex insurance projects
- Design, document, and implement end-to-end data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to define data flows
- Identify and extract reusable data assets and assist in creating data-related business cases
- Guide data strategy decisions by presenting data architecture recommendations
- Oversee concurrent data architecture initiatives
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in the Data Architecture area
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of data technologies and architecture frameworks
- Deep experience architecting and implementing data solutions on Azure and AWS
- In-depth experience in establishing data governance frameworks and defining data quality rules
- Proficiency in designing architectures that meet industry and regulatory standards for data privacy and protection
- Preferred: Insurance industry experience and working knowledge of insurance concepts and applications
- Preferred: Databricks certification
