- Hiring an AI Operations Specialist for a Fortune 100 Major Retailer in Canada. 6-month contract, $70/hr, requires 5+ years of technical program management and agile expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical programs, product delivery, and scrum operations in complex, fast-paced environments. Oversee agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across multiple simultaneous pods. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists, navigating data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data warehousing. Handle AI/Data project lifecycles including data preparation, model training, and moving prototypes to production. Translate technical blockers into business impact and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs, product delivery, or scrum operations. Deep practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong foundational knowledge of data environments (data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, data warehousing). Prior experience with data analytics, machine learning, or GenAI projects. Outstanding communication skills.
