About the role

Responsibilities

  • This position involves supporting banking operations with a focus on AML compliance, ensuring efficient processing, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing queues, processing account opening and change requests to meet banking compliance standards, verifying supporting documentation, conducting routine reviews of legal and financial documents, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders through MS Teams calls and email communication, maintaining adherence to AML, regulatory, and legal compliance requirements, supporting team goals by meeting SLAs and quality standards, and attending team meetings and participating in ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations or AML support roles. Strong understanding of AML compliance and banking regulations. Proficient in MS Office Suites, especially Excel (basic understanding). Typing speed of at least 60-65 WPM. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and meticulous approach to work. Strong organizational and time management skills.
