About the role

  • Bank Service Officer needed for data entry and communication tasks. Must have 2-4 years banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email communications and process non-financial transactions involving sensitive client information. Review forms meticulously and input critical data across multiple systems. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entry activities. Verify data by comparing source documents and correcting errors as needed. Maintain logs of activities and completed tasks. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) within 24–48 hours. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of banking or financial services experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with data entry and review processes. Nice to Have: Experience with Excel Macros, Knowledge of additional Microsoft Office tools or automation skills.
