About the role

  • Banking Operations Officer role managing security/mortgage documentation, loan processing, and team collaboration to meet banking service agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage security and mortgage charges, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Prepare and send correspondence to solicitors for new security engagements. Assist in loan programming and processing activities. Communicate effectively with team members via daily meetings and Teams chats. Support team efforts to meet service level agreements through collaborative work. Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity in daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick learner with strong adaptability. Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
