Responsibilities
- The role involves processing high volumes of accounts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining excellent service standards in a high-pressure setting. Responsibilities include processing daily banking accounts (approvals/rejections), maintaining efficient processing of account transactions, collaborating with internal/external partners to resolve issues, handling customer data securely, completing tasks within deadlines, participating in daily team meetings, documenting account details, identifying and escalating risks, supporting process improvements, adhering to compliance standards, adapting to policy/technology changes, and assisting with audit readiness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment. Independent worker with collaborative mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy. Quick learner with proactive approach. Knowledge of banking operations and high processing roles. Experience with cash products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards) is advantageous. Nice to have: Previous banking industry experience, familiarity with global trading platforms (MM, FX), understanding of WSS and banking operational tools, experience in high-risk roles or with sensitive data, business/finance-related education.
