About the role
- Experienced Business Analyst needed for Banking/Client Onboarding contract. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, KYC workflow support, and Agile/Hybrid environment work.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile/Hybrid environments. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Support Client Onboarding and KYC workflows, including rules and dependencies. Collaborate with technical and business teams to bridge communication gaps. Support application integrations and downstream reporting. Participate in application migration projects (on-prem to SaaS).
Requirements
- Strong experience in Banking and Client Onboarding/KYC processes. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Understanding of system integrations and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in application migration (on-prem → SaaS). Fenergo (FenX) experience – highly preferred. Banking domain expertise & FinTech exposure. Experience with MySQL.
