About the role
- Business Analyst – Corporate Event Planner needed to support event planning and execution for a top financial client. Potential for contract extension.
Responsibilities
- Support other event planners and assist with executing corporate events. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate event logistics. Manage event timelines and ensure timely execution of tasks. Organize and prepare event materials using advanced Excel skills. Assist in planning employee engagement events and special functions. Maintain detailed records and documentation for event activities. Support on-site event setup and execution as needed. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal partners.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills—working with spreadsheets and organizing data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Nice to Have: CMP certification, experience with AI technology tools such as Copilot. Disqualifiers: Job hopping or short-term contracts, wedding planning experience.
