Responsibilities include meeting with partners to understand current processes and document requirements for the future state, hosting meetings to gather essential information supporting conversion activities, analyzing business needs and proposing practical recommendations and solutions proactively, developing detailed requirement documentation and process maps using advanced Excel and PowerPoint, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success, and supporting project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in documenting business requirements and process mapping. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable hosting and participating in stakeholder meetings.
