- Around 4 years of Business Analysis experience; strong background in the Payments domain (cross-border payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment processing, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, etc.); experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams; ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
