Specific experience criteria include: 8+ years in business analysis for large scale implementations, Agile experience, Azure DevOps/JIRA knowledge, experience with requirements, workflows, legacy system replacement, case management solutions, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting QA. Technology experience with REST APIs, SOAP/WSDL, SQL, Azure/AWS, UML, BPMN, ERD, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, MS Office. Team leadership and coordination experience. QA processes and testing methodologies experience. 5 Years of OPS Experience. Excellent communication skills, experience leading JAD sessions and workshops, and strong teamwork skills.
