About the role
- Intermediate Business Consultant for a major Infrastructure Modernization initiative. Responsibilities include operations transformation, hybrid cloud strategy, and disaster recovery planning.
Responsibilities
- Support Court Technology Services in modernizing infrastructure and service delivery. Key workstreams include: 1) Operations & Service Transformation: Assess current IT operations, define IT services and catalogue, design ITIL-aligned processes, support organizational design, and develop change management plans. 2) Data Centre Modernization & Hybrid Cloud: Lead hybrid cloud strategy development, facilitate options analysis, deliver strategic roadmap and execution plan, collaborate with architects. 3) Disaster Recovery, Resiliency & Business Continuity: Define RTO/RPO requirements, design DR architectures, develop runbooks and test plans, coordinate DR exercises. 4) Governance & Executive Support: Prepare executive presentations, support governance processes, develop business cases, facilitate workshops.
Requirements
- Experience delivering infrastructure modernization and service transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service design and operations. Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. Public sector or justice/courts experience is considered an asset.
