About the role

  • Experienced Business Systems Analyst needed for financial services team in Toronto. Responsibilities include business process analysis, Agile user stories, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and illustrate complex business processes. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Support Agile delivery and participate in sprint planning and ceremonies. Present business requirements to diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, especially in documenting business processes. 5+ years working in Agile environments. 5+ years writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong experience with MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence). Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
