About the role
- Hiring BSA – Payments for hybrid contract in Toronto. Requires 5+ years experience in Real-Time Payments, SWIFT, and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a BSA – Payments (5+ yrs experience) with strong expertise in Real-Time Payments & SWIFT messaging. Key responsibilities include end-to-end requirements gathering & documentation (BRD, User Stories, NFRs), managing full requirements lifecycle from discovery to validation, working closely with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders, supporting QA with defect validation & requirement clarity, and documenting data flows, system integrations & dependencies. The role also requires strong knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX & ISO 20022 (pain.001, pacs.008, camt, etc.), experience in message mapping, validation & transformation, exposure to sanctions screening & regulatory compliance, collaboration with Risk & Compliance teams for implementation, and strong experience in APIs & system integrations, data mapping & process flow documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with payments domain expertise, including Real-Time Payments, SWIFT messaging, APIs, Bulk Transfers, Sanctions, and ESS.
