About the role

Hiring a CIS Clinical Analyst – Pharmacy for a 12-month contract to support healthcare CIS transformation, focusing on pharmacy workflows and system implementation.

Responsibilities

Gather and document clinical and system requirements, conduct workflow assessments and gap analyses, facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions, design, build, validate, and test pharmacy-related clinical content and workflows, support implementation, go-live activities, and user adoption, collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent Pharmacy-related education/experience; 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or similar role focused on Pharmacy; 5+ years of experience with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) or pharmacy operations in acute care environments; 3+ years of experience supporting CIS/EHR implementation projects involving pharmacy workflows; strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
