Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial or Small Business Banking within Financial Services (or related industry). Strong understanding of Business Banking credit, including policies, procedures, products, and services. Hands-on experience with account onboarding, product setup, and loan/funding execution. Excellent organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication in English. Nice-to-have: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
