Contribute to the transformation of our digital workplace as a trusted advisor to business units, by supporting user-centric strategies that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement through modern technology platforms while maintaining strong standards for safety, governance, and responsible use of technology. Support frictionless communication and collaboration, foster best practices for content and knowledge management, and help improve personal productivity across devices and applications. Focus on supporting workplace collaboration, productivity, communications, and automation while driving adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies, enabling citizen development, and supporting a Center of Excellence to support our organization’s digital transformation journey.
Requirements
A related degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology and related experience is required. Ten years total experience in: Business Analysis or Digital Workplace / Collaboration / Enterprise Productivity platforms. Five years plus specifically at a senior or lead level, owning initiatives end‑to‑end. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc., with experience leveraging these tools to design, document, and improve business workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both the user community and technical teams. Strong facilitation skills that will be utilized in conducting user workshops to define requirements. Experience detailing and documenting requirements from the business teams and effectively communicate those requirements to the technical teams. Working knowledge of/experience with Project Management body of knowledge and AGILE methodologies would be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Decision-making ability and demonstrated leadership potential is essential. Demonstrated ability to pay persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of the situation and the big picture. Ability to multitask and meet the challenges of a fast-paced changing environment. Certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Azure are an asset.
