About the role
- Director of Fixed Income Technology to lead team supporting global Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing. Drive modernization using Broadridge IMPACT, Java, Kafka, NiFi, and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 10–15 developers, BSA's, and architects, with plans for growth in 2026. Oversee global 24/7 production support for Fixed Income Operations applications. Drive modernization using Broadridge IMPACT, Java, Kafka, NiFi, and DevOps practices. Partner with business and operations stakeholders to ensure seamless Fixed Income settlement and clearing processes. Manage multiple technology initiatives with budgets of $2M–$15M. Implement Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices across your team. Influence global technology strategy and ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in Fixed Income post-trade operations, settlements, clearing, and lifecycle events. Strong operational knowledge of Broadridge IMPACT systems. Exposure to Java, Kafka, NiFi, or similar enterprise integration technologies. Prior experience leading technology teams in Capital Markets / Fixed Income Technology. Credibility with business stakeholders and the ability to hit the ground running.
