- Director & Head, Portfolio Management (Operation Technology) responsible for leading large-scale business and technology programs within banking/financial services, establishing portfolio governance and PMO practices, managing high-performing teams, and delivering Operations Technology initiatives including collections technology, loan servicing platforms, case management systems, payment operations systems, and workflow automation/RPA.
Requirements
- 12+ years leading large-scale business and technology programs within banking or financial services. 10+ years establishing and leading portfolio governance, PMO practices, or enterprise delivery frameworks. 7+ years managing and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $20M within operations or corporate functions domains. Direct experience delivering Operations Technology initiatives. Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and regulatory controls within financial institutions. Experience modernizing legacy operations platforms to cloud-enabled or digitally integrated environments. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning.
