About the role
- Lead Fixed Income Technology initiatives using Broadridge IMPACT. Own settlements, clearing, and post-trade processing while managing a team of 10-15 engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead technology supporting Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing. Act as SME and platform owner for Broadridge IMPACT. Drive upgrades, enhancements, and vendor management for the IMPACT platform. Lead high-impact technology programs ($2M–$15M) across global teams. Partner with operations and trading teams to improve trade capture → confirmation → clearing → settlement. Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, architects, and analysts.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise with Broadridge IMPACT. Experience owning or administering post-trade / settlements platforms. Strong understanding of Fixed Income lifecycle (trade capture, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, fails management). Background in Capital Markets technology within large financial institutions. Experience with enterprise integration technologies (Java, Kafka, NiFi, or similar). Leadership experience managing technical teams and vendor platforms.
