About the role
- Director/Senior Manager role leading Structured Credit technology platforms, partnering with Front Office teams, and driving innovation for ABS/MBS/TRS/CMBS trading systems in a hybrid Toronto environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Structured Credit platforms; define roadmap, enhancements, and operational controls. Partner with traders, risk, and finance to deliver high-impact technology solutions. Lead and mentor a high-performing team (1–14 engineers) across multiple geographies. Oversee platform architecture, production issues, and regulatory compliance. Manage vendor relationships and complex multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in capital markets technology with deep knowledge of Structured Credit/MBS platforms. Proven leadership owning trading applications, platforms, and delivery outcomes. Strong experience with global regulatory standards, controls, and operational risk. Hands-on experience in platform modernization and multi-product integration.
