  • Process specialized estate transactions and files with high accuracy. Connect with authorized representatives and family members via phone. Meet strict Service Level Goals (SLAs) in a fast-paced environment. Provide empathetic, professional support for sensitive estate matters.

Requirements

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience: Previous high-volume processing or banking background. Soft Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, empathy, and multitasking. Adaptability: A 'change agent' mindset and strong time management. Bonus: Bilingualism (English/French) is a major asset!
