Requirements
- Strong background in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Operations. Experience handling sensitive workplace issues and investigations. Solid understanding of codes of conduct, ethics frameworks, and HR governance. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. CHRP designation is an asset.
