About the role
- Ethics & Equity HR Advisor for 6-month contract in Oshawa, ON. Lead employee relations case intake, advise leaders on workplace concerns, and support investigations in energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake, assessment, and support for employee relations & ethics-related cases. Advise leaders and HR partners on workplace concerns, conflict of interest, and appropriate actions. Support and participate in workplace investigations and case management. Ensure documentation aligns with HR policies, compliance standards, and fairness principles.
Requirements
- Strong background in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Operations. Experience handling sensitive workplace issues and investigations. Solid understanding of codes of conduct, ethics frameworks, and HR governance. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. CHRP designation is an asset.
