About the role

  • Financial Analyst – AP & AR contract role in Toronto. Support AP/AR operations, reconciliations, and financial analysis in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day financial operations across AP and AR, including invoice processing, payments, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis. Troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience supporting AP and/or AR processes. Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, collections, reconciliations, and financial operations. ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
