Responsibilities
- Contract role for an IAM Business Analyst in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Core experience requires 6–8 years as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments, working with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. CIAM/IAM expertise is a strong asset, including understanding of Authentication & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, passwordless authentication (WebAuthn), and customer identity lifecycle management. Hands-on or functional familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms is desirable. Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, analysis, identifying functional/behavioral impacts during platform changes, creating documentation for enterprise governance/audit-sensitive environments, and supporting Product Managers in intake and backlog grooming processes.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of CIAM/IAM concepts (Authentication & MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, passwordless authentication, customer identity lifecycle management). Hands-on or functional familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms is desirable. Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, analysis, identifying functional/behavioral impacts, creating documentation for enterprise governance/audit-sensitive environments, and supporting Product Managers. Valid Canadian visa required.
