- IAM Governance & Control Analyst contract role with a financial institution in Toronto. Focus on documenting and improving IAM processes and governance.
Responsibilities
- This role will support IAM Governance and Controls, with a focus on documenting and improving processes, standardizing access requests, and supporting governance activities across areas such as Privileged Access, Active Directory, IAM controls, reporting, and process improvement. You’ll be working closely with business, technology, IAM operations, audit, and control partners to ensure IAM governance practices are documented, measurable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- Must-have: 8+ years of security experience in Access Management; 8+ years following or documenting guidelines, processes, and operational procedures; experience documenting business requirements; 5+ years of change management experience; strong understanding of IAM principles; strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice-to-have: Spanish fluency; Power BI experience; security certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP.
